Everett Street</a>.&nbsp; It was a huge success and we anticipate a couple offers on this home already!</p>
<p>Without being listed in the MLS, we had <strong>223 people</strong> that stopped by&nbsp;(<em>28x times the average&nbsp;listing</em>).&nbsp; We had 6 people from the Arbitrage Team&nbsp;excited and ready to help everyone with their real estate needs.&nbsp; During the open house, we also were able to direct many people to all of our other listings as well - 2 of which are currently in negotiations&nbsp;as well.&nbsp; Thanks for helping us out!&nbsp;</p>

<p>I thank Patty (our seller) who was truly a delight to work with.&nbsp; She was extremely frustrated when I met her.&nbsp;&nbsp;Rimcrest was not selling with her previous Realtors - even when she&nbsp;had a chance to sell&nbsp;during peak season.</p>

<p>I was extremely honored that a licensed real estate broker, Frank Kim, called me to&nbsp;list and sell his home on <a href="http://www.realestate123.com/property/1022-Eilinita-Avenue-GLENDALE-California" target="_blank">1022 Eilinita Avenue</a></p>
<p>He told me that although he had his own broker's license, he felt more confident in allowing&nbsp;Arbitrage to get the job done.</p>
