Arbitrage $25,000 Cash Giveaway Rules:

1. You will earn one (1) credit for selling, buying or referring.
2. Your name and your credits will be listed on this site as the year progresses.
3. There must be a successful close of escrow in 2011.
4. If you are referring:
     a. Referral must be given before a property is listed or sold
     b. Arbitrage must be introduced to a new referring party (not a contact they have or are already working with)
     c. An Arbitrage Referral From must be completed and delivered (to be posted shortly)
     d. You cannot refer yourself or have a member of your family or friend refer you for the purpose of increasing your chances.
